Mighty Men Ministry exist to strengthen the faith of men so they can fight the good fight of faith. The men grow through fellowship,
teaching, and work projects.
Refresh Women's Ministry
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” Acts 3:19 NIV.
The sole purpose of our ministry is to glorify God by bringing women to a saving faith in Jesus and to draw them to His heart of love through the Word of God and prayer. Times of refreshing from the trials and sufferings of life can only come from being in the presence of the Lord. In everything we do and in every event that we will host, we will be passionate about encouraging women to walk ever closer to Jesus and to love Him with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength.
Refresh Women’s Ministry meets every 2nd Tuesday at 6pm at Awaken Life Church.
Nursery
As a nursery environment, our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through biblical teaching and play.
Luke 2:52 tells us, “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” In the same fashion, we desire to begin our young ones on the same journey. Through play, learning, and security, we will help enable them to grow in the footsteps of Jesus!
Children's Ministry
The Children’s Ministry of Awaken Life Church is designed with elementary children in mind. Lively worship, exciting Bible lessons, and fun activities are enjoyed and help the children better understand the Bible, come to know Jesus, and grow in their faith. We desire for our children what the Bible says about Samuel, “Now the boy Samuel continued to grow both in stature and in favor with the Lord and also with man” (1 Samuel 2:26, ESV).
Encounter Youth Ministries
Encounter is a ministry geared towards students grades 6th – 12th. Our vision is to see students saved by the power of Jesus Christ, discipled in the word of God, equipped for the purpose to which God has called them, and serving in ministry within the church and their schools. Our desire is for young people to ENCOUNTER HIS PASSION, HIS PURPOSE, AND HIS PRESENCE.
